By purchasing this Black Friday offer, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:

The $99 payment made today (“Retainer”) is a non-refundable retainer that secures your portrait session with Ashleigh Taylor Portrait (“Photographer”). This Retainer covers the creative fee associated with your session, including professional hair and makeup, styling consultation, studio time, and a fully guided photoshoot.

The Retainer does not include any images, prints, or digital files. All images are sold separately. Clients will have the opportunity to view and purchase images at a dedicated reveal and ordering appointment. Artwork and image collections are available for purchase separately, with albums starting at $2,500 and wall art starting at $890. Payment plans are available.

The $100 artwork credit included in this promotion may be applied only toward the purchase of albums or wall art. It has no cash value and may not be applied toward individual image purchases.

This offer is valid for one (1) portrait session for a single subject and may be used for boudoir, personal branding, glamour, or maternity portraits only. Sessions must take place at the Ashleigh Taylor Portrait studio in Santa Barbara, California.

All sessions booked under this promotion must occur between January 1, 2026 and March 31, 2026. It is the Client’s responsibility to schedule their session during this period. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Retainer.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled session date. Any rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the session may result in forfeiture of the Retainer at the Photographer’s discretion. If the Client requests to reschedule more than once, a $250 rescheduling fee will apply. This fee compensates the Photographer, makeup artist, and studio for lost work associated with the original booking.

After payment is received, the Client will be contacted to schedule a short consultation call. During that call, the session date will be confirmed, and the Client will be required to sign a full photoshoot agreement. The terms and policies outlined in that agreement will apply to the scheduled session.

The Retainer and promotional pricing are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, change of mind, or failure to attend the session.

By purchasing, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
