Terms & Conditions – Black Friday $499 Portrait Experience

Retainer & Inclusions
The $499 payment made today (“Retainer”) is a non-refundable retainer that secures your portrait session with Ashleigh Taylor Portrait (“Photographer”).
This Retainer covers the creative fee associated with your luxury portrait experience, including:

Professional hair and makeup

Styling and wardrobe consultation call

Access to the studio wardrobe closet

Studio time and a fully guided photoshoot

A $500 artwork credit applied to your image order

Images and Artwork Purchases
The Retainer does not include any additional images, prints, or digital files beyond the included $500 artwork credit. All images and artwork are sold separately at a private reveal and ordering appointment.

À la carte images are $500 each

Album collections begin at $2,500
Payment plans are available.

Artwork Credit
This offer includes a $500 artwork credit that may be applied toward à la carte image purchases and/or album collections from the current price list.
The credit has no cash value, is non-refundable, and must be used during the initial reveal and ordering appointment. Any unused portion of the credit will be forfeited.

Session Details
This offer is valid for one (1) portrait session for a single subject and may be used for boudoir, personal branding, glamour, or maternity portraits only.
All sessions will take place at the Ashleigh Taylor Portrait studio in Santa Barbara, California, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Booking Window & Scheduling Responsibility
All sessions booked under this promotion must occur between January 1, 2026 and March 31, 2026.

Scheduling is on a first-come, first-served basis. It is the Client’s responsibility to select their session date and secure it by signing the required booking agreement as soon as possible after purchasing the Black Friday offer.

Failure to schedule and complete the session within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Retainer and promotional offer.

Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled session date.
Requests made within fourteen (14) days may result in forfeiture of the Retainer at the Photographer’s discretion.

If the Client requests more than one reschedule, a $250 rescheduling fee will apply. This fee compensates the Photographer, hair and makeup artist, and studio for lost work associated with the original booking.

Post-Purchase Process
After payment is received, the Client will be contacted to schedule a consultation call. During this call, the session date will be selected and session details will be discussed.

Following the call, the Client will receive a photoshoot agreement to review and sign. All terms and policies in that agreement will also apply to the scheduled session.

Non-Transferability & Non-Refundability
The Retainer, promotional pricing, and included artwork credit are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, change of mind, or failure to attend the session.

By purchasing, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
